Elga "Butch" Cason

Elga “Butch” Cason passed away on Monday, January 10, 2022 at a Fort Worth hospital. He was born January 12, 1948, in Mineral Wells, Texas. Butch enjoyed being outdoors hunting and fishing or working in the garden. He could grow anything. He was preceded in death by his wife, Teresa Cason; father, Elga D. Cason; mother, Irene Morris Watson; brother, Marvin Cason and sister, Ruthie Cline.

Survivors include his children, Melissa Penwell and husband Jeremy and Lance Cason; grandchildren, Dylan and Cody Penwell; sister, Donna Srader; brother, Tommy Cason; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
