Dorothy Wright

Dorothy L. Wright, 90, passed away December 11, 2012 at her home in Soda Springs. She married Marvin Wright on August 7, 1942 in Weatherford. She was a member of Soda Springs Baptist Church and served as church treasurer for 42 years. Services will be 2 PM Saturday, December 15, 2012 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Davidson and Brian Goen officiating. Burial will follow in Soda Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. The pallbearers will be Brian Goen, Matthew Wright, Jacob Hope, Jared Moore, Kevin Esse, Trenton Abbott, and Morris Gresham. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Eldonna and Bobby Goen, daughter-in-law: Kim Wright, 5 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband on March 13, 1992, son: Royce Wright on August 6, 2007, and 3 brothers.
