Dorothy Royer

Dorothy Louise Royer, 87, passed away April 11, 2014 in a Mineral Wells nursing home. She was born June 60, 1926 in Irving, Oklahoma the daughter of John W. and Eva Browning Smith. She married William C Royer in 1948 in Jacksboro. She was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells and attended the House of Prayer. Services will be 2 PM Monday, April 14, 2014 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Burial will follow in Authon Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday from 3:30-4:30 PM at the funeral home. She is survived by her children and spouses: Mary Sue and Archie Lord, Charles Royer, Clyde and Nancy Royer, Shirley Edwards, and Douglas Kennedy and May Royer, numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband on December 21, 1993, and her sons: Tony and Tommy Stewart, and Cecil Royer.
