Deloris Lucas

Deloris Lucas, 78, passed away April 1, 2018 in Fort Worth. She was born January 10, 1940 in Forman the daughter of James Rupert and Iowa Clementine Southall Blankenship. She married Jimmie Lee Lucas on November 11, 1956 in Erath County. She was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells. She was a member of Holders Chapel United Methodist Church. Services will be 2 PM Saturday, April 7, 2018 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Burial will follow in Staggs Prairie Cemetery. She is survived by her husband: Jimmie Lucas, daughter: Teresa Stephens, adopted daughter: Cindy Chavez, and adopted grandchildren: Natalia and Andres Paul Sr. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her daughter: Deloris Diane Lucas.
