Daune Logan

Daune Cleman Logan, 77, passed away March 18, 2012 in a Mineral Wells hospital. He was born September 11, 1934 in Young County the son of Leo Gordon and Ally Birdwell Logan. He was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. He married Glenda Jewell Stem on August 11, 1960 in Jacksboro. Services will be 10 AM Thursday, March 22, 202 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel with Rev. David Wilkins officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Park Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. He is survived by his children and spouses: Sherry and Larry Smith of Mineral Wells, Daune G. Logan of Mineral Wells, Dale and Charlotte Logan of Mineral Wells, Angela and Ronald Fankboner of Mineral Wells, Darrin Logan of Abilene, grandchildren: Shannon Piper, Jennifer Piper, Brandee Schulte, Ashley McDaniels, Amanda Taylor, Heather McCoy, Dale Logan Jr., Zachary Fankboner, and Jocelyn Fankboner, great-grandsons: Zeth R. Schulte, and Zachary McCoy Jr., 2 brothers, and 6 sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, and his wife on December 15, 2007.
