Danny Gonzalez

With deepest sorrow, we announce that Danny Gonzalez, age 57, our most beloved Son, Brother, Uncle, and family member passed suddenly on February 24, 2023 in his home. Danny was born in Haskell, TX and moved to Mineral Wells when he was a teenage boy. Danny got his joy out of Wood Crafting.

Those who knew Danny, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives.

Danny will be missed everyday by his father and mother, Guadalupe and Senayda Gonzalez; his sister, Mary Travitz (husband Dennis); his brothers, Mario Gonzalez (wife Sheila), Johnny Gonzalez (wife Cynthia) and Guadalupe Jr.; his multiple nieces and nephews, Lacie Mccloud Gonzalez, Alisha Gonzalez, Jacob Gonzalez, Bethany Walker, Jaclyn Gonzalez, Daniel Travitz (wife Claudia), Allen Travitz  (wife Monica), Kara Gonzalez, Victoria Gonzalez,  and many great nieces and nephews.  

Danny never had children but if you ask anyone, he loved his nieces and nephews like his own, he was always spoiling them with even just the tiniest little gifts whether it be toys or wood crafts.   

We know Danny is now with his Grandparents, aunts and uncles and smiling big! He is loved here on earth as well as in heaven.

We love and miss you so much son, brother and uncle.

A graveside service will be held 10 a.m., Monday, February 27, 2023 at Woodland Park Cemetery.

Thank you for Danny’s life, and all the years we shared with him. We lift him to you our Lord, in honor of the good we saw in him and the love we felt from him. Please give us the strength to leave him in Your care, in the knowledge of eternal life through Jesus Christ.
