Dale Allen Morlatt

Dale Allen Morlatt, 67, died July 23, 2012, at the Santa Fe Health Center in Weatherford, Texas. He was born Jan. 19, 1945, in Middleton, Ohio, the son of Jesse G. and Charlotte Frisch Morlatt. Dale Morlatt was a free spirit who loved to travel and always be on the move. The only time you knew he was coming home was when you saw him walking up the driveway. His life ranged from serving in the U.S. Navy to being selected for small parts in western movies. Dale finally settled down in life and his crowing moment came when he was baptized and added to the church. Dale is our oldest brother; we loved him and will miss him very much.He is survived by brothers, Andrew, Dicky and Jimmy Morlatt; sisters, Gayla White and husband Jerry, Cherry Dillion and husband Joe, Melody Angles and husband Dave, and Jennifer Morlatt; and a host of nieces, nephews and dear friends.He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Michael D. Morlatt and Jeffery G. Morlatt.A private memorial for family and friends will be held at a later date.
