In loving memory of Clyde Edward Reedy, 80, son of Hodges and Viola Reedy who passed away November 7, 2014 with family at his side after his fight with cancer. Clyde requested cremation and no services at this time. Clyde was born and raised in Mineral Wells, Texas. He married Flora Ragsdale in 1953, his high school sweetheart and soul mate for 64 years. He had two girls, Brenda and Teresa that he spent his life preparing them for theirs. Clyde was a kind, fair, good hearted man always there for his family. He worked for Cantex and retired from U S Brick. He was in the 48th infantry and spent 18 months in Germany. He was an outdoor sportsman, and loved hunting and fishing. He had a full life doing things he loved. Clyde leaves behind wife: Flora, daughter: Brenda Gunter, family: Leon McBee, Wanda Harwell, grandchildren: Chad Brown and wife Pearl, Blake Gunter and wife Pepper, Kem Hamlin and husband Jason, Chris McBee, Brad McBee and wife Jackie, and Brittany McBee, great-grandchildren: Kevin, Brooklyn, James, and Jenna, and numerous nieces and nephews. Clyde was preceded in death by his parents: Hodges and Vila Reedy, brothers: James, Bobby, and Kenneth, sister: Doris, and daughter: Teresa Reedy. He has touched our life in so many ways and will truly be missed and never forgotten. May he rest in the hands of the Lord.
