Cleva Nell "Mimi" Bunnell, 82, of Mineral Wells, Texas, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, May 23rd, 2010. Cleva died at her residence surrounded by loved ones and the song "Serenaded by Angels" gently playing in the background as the angels took her home. Services will be 4 PM Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at the South Side Church of Christ in Mineral Wells, with Pastor William Eudy officiating and nephew Merle Boyd of Bedford, TX bringing the eulogy. Burial will be in the Woodland park Cemetery with grandsons, Larry Sheehan, Jr., Joshua Sheehan, Christopher Sheehan, Jason Gober, Kenneth Auld, Kevin Auld and Chuck Lyons serving as pallbearers and Michael Jay Rehaker serving as the honorary pallbearer.She was born September 4, 1927 in Benjamin Texas, the daughter of William and Lottie Mae Simpson Reed who both preceded her in death. She married Raymond Bunnell January 9, 1946, and he preceded her in death, March 11, 2004. Her love in life was her Lord and Savior, and she set a fine example of a loving Christian woman who dearly loved everybody and won many souls to God. She moved to Mineral Wells in 1965. Not only did her grandchildren call her Mimi, but many other children and adults alike. She loved her three girls and trusted them until her final breath to care for her in as loving of a way as she had always cared for them. As she neared the end and the pain of the cancer was so bad so boldly stated look Jesus went through pain worse than this. Everyone that saw her near her end said she showed everyone around her how to be strong. God just took, her to her new residence, address: HEAVEN, and ended the pain for all eternity.Survivors include her three daughters, Fredia Campbell and husband John, of Mineral Wells, Shirley Sheehan of Mineral Wells and Jerri Valluzzi and husband Tim of Mineral Wells; 16 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; sisters, Wilma Smith of Decatur, Virginia Renaker of Arlington; brother, Carroll Reed of Ringling Oklahoma; numerous nieces and nephews.She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Chastidy Hensley Gober of Mineral Wells; daughter, Linda McCament of Peoria, AZ; brother, F. C. Reed of Decatur; sisters, Geneva Boyd of Archer City and Rosie Howe of Decatur; and a son-in-law, Larry Sheehan, Sr. of Mineral Wells.
