Chloe Skaggs

Chloe Tally Skaggs, 84, of Mineral Wells passed away Thursday, November 22, 2018. She was born the daughter of Frank and Mary Taylor Miller on September 12, 1934, in Lake Worth. Chloe was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Elvin Tally and Cecil Skaggs. Survivors include her children, Debbie Brown, Glen Tally and wife, Cheryl, Elvin Tally and wife, Debbie; grandchildren, Jennifer Staggs and husband, Ben, Mitchell Inmon, Jr., Michelle Crabtree, Derrick Tally, Michael Tally, and Jeremy Tally; 11 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Funeral services will be 10 am, Friday, November 30 at Baum-Carlock Bumgardner Funeral Chapel with burial following at Woodland Park Cemetery. James Scarborough will officiate and pallbearers are Ben Staggs, Ryland Staggs, Melvin Brown, Mike Jackson, Rick Cruz, and Derrick Tally. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6-8 pm.
