Cecil Price Pettifield Jr.,

Cecil Price Pettifield Jr., 68, passed away May 8, 2016 at his home in Whitt. He was born December 11, 1947 in Lake Charles, Louisiana the son of Cecil Price Sr. and Dorothy Pettifield. He had lived in Whitt for the past 15 years. He was a member of the Country Road Fellowship Church. He was a veteran of the US Marines having served in Vietnam, and was a Mason. Services will be 10 AM Thursday, May 12, 2016 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Visitation is Wednesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. He is survived by his wife: Barbara Pettifield, mother: Dorothy Pettifield, siblings: Johnnie, Ronnie, and George Pettiefield, Bennie Sue Mason, Janice Perkins, Donna Pettifield, Tracey Howard, and Kristi Howard, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father.
