Caron Marie (Burke) Chisholm

Caron Marie (Burke) Chisholm, 73 of Palo Pinto, Texas lost her fight against Leukemia on April 15, 2015, but she won the war as she walked hand in hand to heaven with our Lord Jesus Christ.Born on September 19, 1941 in New Haven, CT, Caron was the second child of Laurette and George Burke. Siblings include Kathleen and husband David Griffin, George and wife Anna Burke, and John and wife Peggy Burke. She was preceded in death by her parents Laurette and George Burke, as well as her first husband George Acheson and husband Joseph Chisholm.She is survived by one daughter, Kimberly and husband Robert Hoffman of Springtown, two sons George (Rusty) and wife Karey Acheson, Randall and wife Jill Acheson, both of Palo Pinto and step-son Eric Chisholm of Azle. She was also the very proud grandmother to ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.Viewing will be held on Monday, April 20, 2015 from 9-10 with funeral service to follow at 10:00 am at Church by the Lake, 1460 FM 3137, Palo Pinto, TX 76484. Graveside service will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Lone Camp.
