Carl Ray Berkley, of Mineral Wells Texas
February 14, 1965-March 10, 2021
Carl was known by plenty, loved by many, and will be remembered by all. He’s been a fighter since the day he was born. Through numerous measures- such as tests, physical exams, and his medical history, doctors have predicted that he would pass many, many times throughout his life. Carl had other plans though. If you asked what kept him alive all of those times, you would get a kick out of his response. Carl Ray was quite the character, and if you knew him, you could attest that to be true.
He passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on Wednesday evening, March 10, 2021. He was a very blessed man who had the pleasure of seeing his two sisters, his niece, and his great niece almost daily. They always made sure that he was comfortable and well taken-care of.
Carl was survived by the following family members: siblings, Sandra Moss, Doris York, Paul and Stacy Berkley; brother-in-law, Rodney York; children, Rodney and Heather Berkley; granddaughters, Carly Berkley, Beatriz, Nadia, and Xasha Muñoz, Monica Whitney, and Gabriella Menchaca. He was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Carl Ray was preceded in death by his mother, Eula Mae Cain; father, Billy Joe Berkley; brothers,
Charles, Willie, and Larry Berkley; and aunt Mary Ruth Preston.
