Byron O'neil Glover passed away January 17, 2019. He was born November 7, 1946 in Mineral Wells, to Samuel Graden and Ellen Faye Harrington Glover. Byron graduated from Mineral Wells High School and Tarleton College in Stephenville with an Associates Degree. He worked for the Trinidad Colorado Police Department for 10 years, numerous hotels in Colorado and Texas as well as prison security in Mineral Wells. Byron loved to read any History, especially war history. He also enjoyed reading novels and poetry; his favorite poet was Rod McKuen. Byron attended Mineral Wells Church of God. Survivors include his daughter, Doreen Argualo and husband Chad of Pueblo, CO; grandsons, Eric and Kyle Argualo of Pueblo, CO; former wife and lifetime friend, Martha Cejas of Pueblo, CO; sister, Letha Houghton and husband Jack of Mineral Wells; brother, Calvin Glover of Mineral Wells; nieces and nephews, Larry Houghton, Karen Caliman, Troy Houghton, Jared Glover, and Courtney Fairchild. A memorial service was held Friday, January 18, 2019 at the Mineral Wells Church of God with Jerrel Tomlin and her nephew, Jared Glover officiating.
