Bobbie Sims

Bobbie Sims passed away on October 31, 2016. She was born in Thatcher, Arizona; the daughter of Carl Raymond Hooper and Bertha Viola Evans Hooper. Bobbie married her husband, Derwood Sims in 1953. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 2pm, at Sturdivant Cemetery. She leaves behind her husband, Derwood Sims; children, Pam and husband John Samford of Aledo, TX, Fran and husband Mackey Watkins of Denison, TX, and Susan Sims Reed of Kiowa, OK; grandchildren, Brandi Jean Harper, Jason Ryan Harper, Miranda Samford, Rachel Samford Cohen, Maegan Reed Mason, and Hunter Christian Reed; 7 great-grandchildren; sister, Viola Brammer of Graham, TX; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Mary Frances Whitley.
