B.J. "Pete" Thurman

BJ "Pete" Thurman passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at home. He was born March 23, 1931 in Rocksprings, Texas to Jesse and Hallie Albright Thurman. Pete was a member of Word of Faith Church Santo. He was the previous owner of STD Driling and worked Thurman Drilling. Pete was preceded in death by his wife Vivian "Midge" Thurman.

Survivors include his children, Billy Thurman and wife Kristle Young and Pam Davis and husband Ron Davis; grandchildren, Jennifer Thurman, Andy Thurman and wife Randall, Jeremiah Davis and wife Amanda, Micah Davis and wife Coraima; great-grandchildren, Olivia Thurman, Asher Thurman, Oliver Thurman, Everleigh Davis, and Vivian Davis.

Graveside services will be held 10 a.m., Friday, November 13 at Bosley Cemetery.
