Billye Elizabeth Westin

Billye Elizabeth Westin, 81, of Mineral Wells passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at a Fort Worth hospital. She was a profound musician and devoted member of the 11th Avenue Church where she enjoyed playing the piano, organ and singing. Billye retired from the Civil Service as a Medical Records Administrator at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio. She loved her family and received the most joy from spending time with her daughter, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.Billye is survived by her daughter Pamela Davis and husband Gary; grandchildren Gary Wayne Davis Jr, Laura Anne McInnis, George Davis and Melissa Coates and husband Allen; great-grandchildren Kaydince Schmidt, Cheyenne Davis, Cheyenne McInnis, Tuff McInnis and Edith Coates; niece Christy "Chris" Bryant; nephew Billy Harold Pendergrass and wife Linda; and numerous other extended family members.Billye is preceded in death by her parents William and Bessie Kincaid Bryant and two siblings.Funeral services for Billye are 2 p.m., Wednesday, August 7 at 11th Avenue Baptist Church with burial following at Woodland Park Cemetery. Visitation will be at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday.
