Betty Hamilton

Betty "Bebo" Hamilton, 74, passed away April 25, 2010 at her home in Mineral Wells. She was born March 3, 1936 in Mineola the daughter of Alvin and Eula May Moore Wheeler. She married Leroy Hamilton on February 21, 1951 in Weatherford. She was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells and a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church. She graduated from the first LVN Class of Weatherford College at Ft Wolters as Salutatorian. Graveside services will be 2 PM Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at Woodland Park Cemetery with Rev. Terry Mitchell officiating. The pallbearers will be Joel Kertok, Patrick Kertok, Tim Carpenter, John Alton, Dale Young, and Steve Culbertson. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Trish and Steve Harms of Mineral Wells, son and daughter-in-law: Todd and Andrea Hamilton of Mineral Wells, grandchildren and spouses: Joel and Anna Kertok of Mineral Wells, Patrick Kertok of Fort Worth, Lindsay and Tim Carpenter of Aledo, Brooke and John Alton of Mineral Wells, Tyler Wilbanks of Mineral Wells, Sierra Roberts of Mineral Wells, great-grandchildren: Sam, Ben and Jed Kertok, Max and Ian Carpenter, Mason and Elayna Alton, and sisters: Barbara Grahl of Denton, and Dorothy Robbins of Bowie. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband on May 23, 2005, her son: Mark Hamilton, and her great-grandson: Zachary Kertok. The family wishes to thank Solaris Hospice for all the care they gave. They also wish to give a special thanks to Joan Williams and Charlotte Watson for their love and care. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Mark Lutheran Church in her memory.
