Bessie Frances Nash, 97, passed away January 24, 2011 in a Mineral Wells nursing home. She was born September 29, 1913 in Palo Pinto County the daughter of Charlie Thomas and Martha Elizabeth Hamilton Nicklas. She married Thomas J. Nash on December 18, 1930 in Walters, Oklahoma. She was a member of the South West Baptist Church in Jacksboro. Services will be 2 PM Friday, January 28, 2011 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel with Larry Harrington officiating. Burial will follow in Bartons Chapel Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. The pallbearers will be Doug Amburn, Greg Kay, David Nash, Tommy Nash, Cody Nash, J. T. Nash, and Jason Nash. She is survived by her children and spouses: Thelma and Weldon Spracklen of Fort Worth, Thomas J. and Shirley Nash of Lubbock, Geneva Kay of Fort Worth, J. W. and Pat Nash of Nocona, Sharyon Nash of Jacksboro, Danny Ray and Kim Nash of Jacksboro, Judy Nash of Mineral Wells, 17 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren, and sister: Ima Baker of Houston. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband on May 1, 1984, 7 brothers, and 2 sisters.
