Annie Taliaferro, 85, passed away November 11, 2010 in a Mineral Wells nursing home. She was born October 3, 1925 in Cleburne the daughter of Clifford and Annie Bell Guyden. She had lived in Mineral Wells since 1957 and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She served on the Usher Board and was recognized for her dedicated service in 1984. Services will be 11 AM Saturday, November 20, 2010 at Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Clarence Holliman officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Park Cemetery. She is survived by her children: Elliot Guyden of Port Arthur, Marva L. Hancock of Renton, Washington, Jean Ann Guyden of Mineral Wells, 6 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and a host of devoted cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister: Dorothy Guyden Oliver, and her husband.
