Alma Ruth Jones, 68, passed away January 13, 2011 in a Fort Worth hospital with her family right by her side. She was born October 23, 1942 in Saw Dust, Florida the daughter of Eugine and Rose Lee Brown Tillman. She was preceded in death by her husband Gilbert Jones. She was raised in Mineral Wells from around 1965 until the present, and was a devoted manufactory worker whom retired from Acme Brick after 15 long years. She was a loved member of Bethel Baptist Church. Services will be 11 AM Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Roland Schultz Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Park Cemetery. She is survived by her children and spouses: Henry James (Bo Pete) and Pam Berkins, Linda Ann (Cookie) and Kenneth Burns, Ronnie Lee (Pooke) and Carla Berkins, Rosalyn Annette Berkins, Anna Lesa Berkins all of Mineral Wells, step-children: Phylis Graves, Sherry Milton, Lisa Jones, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, sisters: Irene Thomas of New Jersey, Nell Walker of Gretna, Florida, and Latitia Cade of Mineral Wells, and special niece: Felechia Johnson.
